Book a demoWhy is the price not printed on this page?
It depends on the size of your office and what you want set up. A short call gets you a firm number with nothing hidden behind it, and the plan you take is then fixed for the full year.
What happens when the plan ends?
The panel is locked until the renewal is recorded. Nothing is deleted, and everything sits exactly where you left it when you renew.
Can we move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. The plan is changed on your account, the new limits apply immediately, and the balance is adjusted on the next renewal.
Do you charge per staff login?
No. Staff logins are included up to the plan limit, and the top plan has no limit at all.
Who owns the data?
You do. Ask any time and we export your tables and hand them over, including on the day you decide to leave.
Do we need our own domain?
Only if you want your own branded address. Without one your panel runs on ours and everything else works the same.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on a standard account. Migrating data from your old system is quoted separately if you need it.
