What is inside Deeva TMS
Nine modules built around how an Indian transport office actually works: market trips and own fleet side by side, dalla and TDS on the same screen, and a ledger that closes.
Bookings
Direct or broker bookings with customer, payer, route, weight and freight. Commission is worked out as the booking is saved.
Vehicle allocation
Allocate an own or hired vehicle, club part loads on one trip, and track the trip from loading to delivery.
Compact trip entry
A single-screen grid for operators who enter fifty trips a day: type, party, route, weight, rate, dalla, TDS, advance, all inline.
Invoicing
Raise invoices against bookings with detention and unloading charges, bill the customer or a third-party payer.
Party ledger
Running balances for customers, payers, brokers and transporters, with every invoice and payment posted automatically.
Payment control
Bank and UPI accounts, manual cash entries, a filterable ledger report and Excel or PDF export.
Profit reports
Trip-wise profit for market trips and net receivable per vehicle for your own fleet, with expense heads mapped per trip.
Fleet maintenance
Tyre, service, insurance, permit and fitness dates with alerts on the dashboard before anything expires.
Website and tracking
Every customer gets a business website on their own domain, with an enquiry form and public LR tracking wired to their live data.
Two ways to enter a trip, one set of numbers
Offices work differently. Both routes feed the same ledger and the same reports.
Step by step
Booking, then vehicle allocation, then trip status, then invoice. Suited to offices where different people handle sales, operations and billing, and where part loads get clubbed on one vehicle.
Compact trip entry
One screen with an inline grid: type, consignor, consignee, route, weight, rate, gross, dalla, TDS, net, advance and documents, with a running summary on top. Built for operators entering dozens of trips a day.
The money side
Where most transport software stops being useful.
Party ledger
Running balances per customer, payer, broker and transporter. Invoices and payments post themselves, and receipts settle unpaid invoices oldest first.
Payment control
A standalone cash and bank ledger with your own bank and UPI accounts, attachments on entries, filters by party, mode and date, and Excel or PDF export.
Profit per trip
Market trips show freight received against vendor payout and expenses. Own-fleet trips show net receivable per vehicle with diesel, toll, fastag and salary heads.
Each customer gets a website too
Not a brochure page. A working site on their own domain with their services, their lanes, an enquiry form that lands in their panel, and public LR tracking that reads their live trips.
See it in the demoEnquiries land in the panel
Every form submission arrives with route, material, weight and vehicle type, ready to be quoted and marked contacted.
Tracking without phone calls
A shipper enters the LR number and sees the stage, route and vehicle. Driver numbers and rates are never shown publicly.
